Beth Gallagher is a social impact leader with fourteen years of experience running corporate philanthropy programs and delivering shared value through cross-sector partnerships.  As Director of Community Involvement for Aon, a global B2B professional services firm with more than 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries, Beth is responsible for leading initiatives that create social impact for clients, colleagues and communities.

Beth oversees the day-to-day operations of the Aon Foundation and the firm’s charitable giving programs and related partnerships.  In addition, she supports nonprofit board placement and oversees employee volunteer programs at Aon, including the firm’s annual global service day, which engages colleagues around the world in community service.

Currently a fellow in Leadership Greater Chicago’s class of 2020, Beth also serves on the board of the Jazz Institute of Chicago and the advisory board of Cause Strategy Partners, a Certified B Corp. Beth holds a B.A. in English, with honors, from Portland State University and a master’s degree in the Humanities from the University of Chicago.
