You hear her as KISS 104.1 weekend personality Shea Love, Saturday’s from 4-7pm and Sunday’s from 12-4pm, but there is much more to this New Mexico native. She’s Executive Producer and Host for KISS 104.1 Sunday Vibes and television host for The Georgia Lottery. She’s hosted live events at Impact Church, Hampton Alumni The Blue and White Ball and Jack and Jill of America’s Debutante Ball. Her gift for VO, has translated into projects with brands like the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, Publix, Gold Peak Tea, AT&T and Georgia Power.

A leader with more than 20 years of entrepreneurship, non-profit, and corporate experience, Jennifer has a strong track record of increasing revenue, developing and implementing operational strategy, creating and executing marketing/communication campaigns, and enhancing organizational functions to increase revenue while staying within or under budget.

In her most current role, Jennifer serves as Executive Director for Create Dunwoody — an organization created to use arts and culture as a vehicle to advance economic development in the City of Dunwoody,

Prior to Create Dunwoody, Jennifer was the Executive Director at The Creatives Project and Women in Film and Television Atlanta (WIFTA), where she was responsible for the dramatic growth and operations of the organization, In just one year, she increased membership by 45%, increased revenue and implemented new programmatic initiatives while expanding overall community outreach.

Additionally, she has held business development positions in network distribution — Affiliate Sales and Marketing — for entertainment brands like STARZ Entertainment, The Weather Channel, MTV Networks/VIACOM, and NUVO TV.

Jennifer is a graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism – Mass Media Arts. She received her Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management and Marketing from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She has layered her experience in sales, marketing, journalism, data and technology with a deep understanding of strategy, analytics and organizational growth. Building on that combination of experience, she’s a firm believer in a willingness to challenge the status quo in service of innovation and great ideas.

She holds a foundational belief in civic engagement and has served on the Executive Board as President of the Dunwoody Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She has also served as an Atlanta board member for the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and Hampton Alumni Association along with the Southern California Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and National Sales Network (NSN).

She is a highly motivated and self-driven professional with bold creativity, passion and vision.
