Jennifer Stredler is the Vice President, Workforce Development, for Salesforce. In this role, she oversees Salesforce.org’s global workforce development strategy, philanthropy, programs, and partnerships focused on training young adults to access and succeed in 21st century jobs. Prior to joining Salesforce, Jennifer worked in Community Relations for Capital One for nearly six years, where she managed the company’s non-profit partnerships in the Metro NY market and collaborated with internal stakeholders to engage them in community initiatives. Jennifer has held various other roles at the intersection of the public and private sectors with the General Electric Foundation and the NYC Department of Education and the Philadelphia Eagles Football Team.  Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Yale University. She serves on the board of directors of NYC Outward Bound Schools, uAspire, and Friends of WHEELS, an education non-profit organization in Washington Heights (NYC).
